Returns & Exchanges

As the items are produced and fulfilled individually when they are ordered, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please review the product description and for apparel, the sizing sizing guide before ordering. 


We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or where you have received a size or item different from what was ordered.

If the merchandise is damaged when delivered, please email us with a photo and we will take care of a replacement. Items that qualify for replacement must be shipped back within a 48 hours of receiving it. Items must be unused and in perfect condition. 

Please note that the client is responsible for any shipping costs to return the item(s).

Issue on color resolution / pattern.

Please bear in mind that photo may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display. We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear at the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. The position of pattern/design may slightly different from what you see.
